This graced time invites you to welcome the gift of soul silence, to listen deeply, and to allow the tenderness of God to embrace you, gently holding all that is unsettled in your heart. It is an intentional invitation to deepen your relationship with God by giving yourself the gift of unhurried time—to be still, to let your body rest, and to attune your heart to the quiet voice of God. In the midst of life’s many demands and the hurried pace of each day, we can easily miss the tender words God longs for us to hear. Through communal prayer and the celebration of the Eucharist, talks, spiritual direction, quiet walks in nature, and honoring the gentle movements of our bodies, we will create space to savor the deep goodness of who we are and rest in the loving presence of the One who knows and cherishes us. Listen with your heart as God whispers: “Come, my Beloved, Come.” Massages will be offered to those who are interested.

Fr. Anastasius Reiser OSB
Father Anastasius Reiser, OSB, worked as a missionary in Tanzania for fifteen years and now serves as prior of the monastic community in Schuyler.
Sr. Barb Smith, ASC
Sister Barb Smith, ASC, has been mentored by 24 years among the Navajo People in northwest New Mexico, formation ministry and community leadership on the Regional and International levels. She holds a Spiritual Direction certification from Creighton University.
